Just for curiosity's sake I checked The Gourman Report while working my
Reference Desk shift. (For those not familiar, the GR is considered among
the definitive college and university ranking guide.) The schools that made
the rankings for both Chem. and Environmental and have DI hockey are few.
Here are few findings:

Chemical Engineering Schools with DI Hockey and shool rankings (Gourman, 1992)

1. Minnesota
2. Wisconsin
12. Notre Dame
14. Cornell
19. Michigan
22. UMass-Amherst
34. Ohio State
37. Yale
38. RPI
39. Clarkson

Programs with Environmental Engineering and DI Hockey:

2. RPI

RPI is the only school ranked by Gourman.

For those of you interested in reading more, you can find the Gourman Report
at your local library. This report is widely accepted as the most impartial
and objective report. Many of the rankings are really astonishing! But, this
is not an exact science.
