As a point of clarification, as this is prior to my morning coffee, the
question about Minnesota and Denver is relevant in the case that
Michigan State wins today.  This then results in Michigan State getting a
bye and staying in the West to receive it.  That forces Denver or
Minnesota to be shipped East.
