I have been talking to lots of people about Winny Brodt's, University of
New Hampshire and Women's National Championship MVP, situation.

To summarize her visit to to University of Minnesota with Womens Hockey
Coach Laura Halldorson and it's possible violation of NCAA rules: I was
told that for another school to be in contact with a student-athlete,
the student-athlete's current school must sign a release. This does not
mean the student-athlete is released from her scholarship. It means the
SA is able to explore other opportunities without being penalized.

I assume Winny Brodt has the release but there is no way to tell.
