Does anyone know if Clarkson has been this high in the PWR rankings since their
inception.  Also, has Clarkson ever been a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament, as
they are positioned to be #1 in the east at this point in time.  Even in the
best seasons that I've seen from Clarkson, they could still only manage a #4 or
#5 seed.
