Just wanted to send a note of congratulations to JohnH and the rest of
the staff of Blue Ice.  Saw the inagural issue and am rather impressed.
Along the same lines, Greg Berge, Jeff Jodzis, and Mike Machnik all did a
great job in previewing the three other conferences (Blue Ice focuses on
Michigan and the rest of the CCHA).
