Scope: NameO - DNS, DHCP, LDAP

Summary: 
	CORRECTION OF DATE:  We are replacing NameO with a new upgraded system.   We expect this to take less than 30 minutes, but are reserving more time to deal with unforeseen problems.

For systems that use best practices of using at least two DNS, DHCP and LDAP servers, this should not cause problems since they will just use another server.
