Good morning, and happy Thaw-Out-Just-In-Time-For-More-Inclement-Weather Day!

Now that we're past December and into a shiny new year, another cycle begins anew: the E-rate application cycle! Truly a wonder of nature it is, and for those currently engaged in it, it's time for you to know that the second form in the FY 2018 process is ready for your tender ministrations.

(That is, if you have already found an E-rate-OK vendor to support your Category 2 application AND filed / certified a Form 470 back on December 15th or before. There's a 28-day incubation period between filing the 470 and 471, so if you're not there yet, be patient. Your day will come.)
