We had two awesome sessions on Chapter 1 of Expect More today. The discussions were lively and rich. Some great ideas were mentioned that I'm sure were implemented right away. Kudos to Andi Jackson Darling and her staff at Falmouth Memorial Library for their notebook at the desk so that staff can easily capture stories told by their patrons. They capture the story and also the name for Andi to contact for more information. So simple and so brilliant.
