Scope: System-wide telephony

Summary: 
	US:IT will be performing a major enterprise-wide upgrade to its IP telephony phone system.

This will cause extended periods of interruption of phone service at  all  UMS locations.  Efforts will be made to lessen the impact but outages will occur.

Given the scale along with the holidays, followup reminders will be sent as this maintenance event draws closer.
