Scope: Connectivity for resources in the Portland Data Center

Summary: 
	
The following maintenance will affect reachability of resources within the Portland Data Center:

- Upgrades of network links within the data center environment.
- Migration of remaining IP networks on old router to production core.
- Hardware upgrades for DC firewalls.

Disruption of service is expected to be brief and intermittent during this maintenance.

The Orono Data Center will not be affected by this maintenance.
