Summary: 
	During the maintenance window we will be migrating the UMPI primary uplink. All external connectivity for that campus will be down during the maintenance (should only be about a ~5-10 minute migration, but reserving the full two hours in case of issues).

The backup uplink paths for UMF and UMM will also be migrated. Those campuses will not have an impact to services.
