The York School Department has an anticipated vacancy for a district-wide
half time school year Library Media Center Ed Tech with strong technology
integration skills. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to
positively interact with K-12 students and staff, have a strong background
in children's literature and an understanding of audio visual equipment and
digital literacy. The individual will assist in aspects of maintaining and
operating a library (i.e. run lists, check in/out materials, shelve books,
assist with inter-library loans, and other library duties.). This position
requires travel between each of the four schools in the district.

Certification Requirements
The individual must be certified, or able to be certified as an Ed. Tech.
III in the State of Maine.
