Summary: 
	OTT will be conducting emergency fiber maintenance tonight.  This maintenance will impact a fiber span from Lewiston to Portland, creating an outage for MPBN Lewiston service that is carried over this link.  Other services on this link should fail over to redundant paths.  The maintenance should begin around midnight, and is expected to last for one hour.
