The Maine State Library requests your assistance in completing a required evaluation of its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) supported library initiatives during the past five years. The State Library is working with QualityMetrics, a library consulting firm, on this effort. They have designed a survey to help us better understand how libraries and library patrons are making use of the LSTA funded services and resources provided by State library. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Responses to the survey will go directly to QualityMetrics and individual responses will not be associated with any particular library in the report that is generated.
A link to the survey is provided below. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Your responses are very important to us and will help us assess the usage and benefit of LSTA-supported library services in Maine during the past five years and will help us plan for the next five years.

All library types and all staff are encouraged to complete the survey.
Many thanks,
Janet
