[Perfunctory reminder: if you do not work in a public library, do not have E-rate responsibilities in your library, or do not have at least one active FY 2015 or FY 2016 application, just remember: November 9th is not so far away. On that day, there will be blessed relief. Think forward to that day, and pay this email no further heed.]

E-raters: October 28th and 29th are even closer, and represent the deadlines for completing your FY 2015 Form 472 for reimbursement, or your FY 2016 Form 486, assuming you have received your FCDL for FY 2016 (and some of you have not).

Please do not wait until the final days to complete these forms, particularly if you need also to complete the Form 498 prior to doing your Form 472!
