Re: Fabio Franceschini's recent note - "EP's survivors have no right on Pound's
opera"  -  could he or someone please explain further?  Is this a legal opinion?  An
attitude?  A controversy (new or ongoing?)  And what does his statement mean in
relation to the  "copyright" phrasing now used by the Ezra Pound Literary Trust for
Pound's work: "copyriht by Mary de Rachewiltz and Omar Pound." ?
 
And by "opera," Fabio, do you mean "body of work," a single title, the specific
musical composition or something else?
