Congratulations. I erred at first reease of special issue by not expressing my appreciation for it.

Not omly did I enjoy it, but actively promoted it on venues where I belive no member of this list to lurk.

The error was not in the not done but in the not said.

So I'bll say it now: Thank You.

Yes, 5000 hits yesterday alone for the 'silly' CP and a good laugh at
Pete's obscure tail wagging the FP dog rather opportunely. And of course
lets not forget the 'silly' Niels Bohr et al who remain unaddressed or
the ad hominem and/or frankly silly (because they say nothing like one
would expect from a silly person) remarks still emanating from their
critics. Perhaps, we could consider people unlike Poundians who have
real money and power, say e.g. Marvin Minsky, Frank Tipler or Ray
Kurzweil who seek to establish shitless/fuckless worlds ala von Neumann
self-reproducing automata. Von Neumann automata have 9 components. The
only component that plays no role in 'reproduction' is call the 'rigid
member.' Von Neumann had quite an ironic sense of humor even if he
rejected the other five senses. Now, isn't von Neumann 'silly'? CP
