         There is also a very broad anthology, ranging
from Guilhem Peitieu to the last troubadours:Los
Trovadores. Martín de Riquer, Editorial Ariel,
Barcelona, 1992 (I think this is the most recent
edition), in three huge volumes. It has a very
interesting introduction by Martín de Riquer and a
Spanish literal translation accompanying the original
songs. I think it could help reading Ezra Pound’s
Canzoni (1911), in which he emulates Provençal and
Italian song techniques.
