The behavior of the server for this list has always seemed to be a bit
dodgy. There appeared to be a real exchange of ideas on this list going full
bore for the first time in a long time--then suddenly nothing.

Coinciding with my POP3 going completely apeshit at exactly the same time.
Has the server gone down due to natural causes, did everyone suddenly and
abruptly decide to shut up again or has there been a denial of service
attack?
