okay so we all admire, with or without spaces, as in its original
setting/publication‹see below *.
BUT how big is that bough?
How many petal (presumably rain-sodden) will stick to a black bough?
Think about it, so the larger crowd seem black to Pound,
the apparition of these faces can't be more
than how many faces, how many faces can you take in before they blur into
the black bough?
Is it really a very precise Poundian image? He has better, n'est pas?
