Reka's three occurrencies of Luigi are annotated in The Companion to Ezra Pound's Cantos, page 624, gloss 232 of Canto 97 / 669; page 679, gloss 61 of Canto 104 and page 691, gloss 27 of canto 106 / 753 (this one refers back to gloss 232 of Canto 97). 
If you have no access to F.C. Terrell's Companion, I'd be happy to copy the relevant glosses for you.
