Hello Wonderful School Library Community,

I am gathering information about author visits in schools and am reaching
out to the Maine school library community for help. Although I recognize
that public libraries also host authors, for this project I am gathering
information specifically from school librarians. I have created the
attached short survey with a range of questions about experiences with
author visits. If you have time and could take a few minutes to complete
the attached survey, it would be a great help.

In addition to posting to MeLibs, the MASL board has generously agreed to
send the survey out to their member list, so you may see this posted in
other places as well. My hope is to gather information that will represent
schools from a broad range of grade levels, socio-economic and geographic
areas in the state.
Thank you in advance for your responses!
