Scope: Virtual Center Services (VC5) will be unavailable. 

Summary: 
	We will be applying Oracle patches and operating System updates to the Database machine that the Virtual Center VC5 utilizes.   
This will only impact administrative service of the Virtual Center and  have no effect on running virtual machines.
