TWCs problems continue and seem to be wider than just reaching us.  We have
shut down our direct link to TWC at this point to bypass the problem.  TWC
customers now reach our network indirectly through other peering points.
We will attempt to bring the TWC link back up once we have been notified by
TWC that they have resolved their issues.
