Our library provides internet access, but I don't really see how I am
responsible for how people use it, any more than I'd be responsible for
someone taking a book out of the library and hitting someone over the head
with it.

In any case, you might post a sign like I saw in downtown Seattle:
"Illegal activity prohibited."
