I assume that a "moderator" is a person who screens messages before
they are posted to the list. If I am correct in this assumption, then
the EPound list has no "moderator." I am, however, the "owner" of the
list.  I started it, and it is housed at the University of Maine, home
of the National Poetry Foundation.  My personal e-mail address is
