Well, you got that bit about 1996 right, Joe. Since Bernstein's purging
and censoring of the Buffalo list, its been an anemic affair. Gone are
those dissonant voices and C. Alexander is there to make sure nothing
gets past his Cheka like gaze onto the ewaves. Pound, even in his purely
aesthetic moments would have found no place on the Buffalo list, unless
he was prepared, instead of toe to toe, to only go quid pro quo to quid
pro quo with the clique at Buffalo. Their lack of honesty, 'sinceritas',
and even 'humanitas' infects the critical work of Bernstein et al, and
utterly destroys the quality of their imaginative work. I'm looking
forward to seeing their criticism pumped onto this site if only to
demonstrate what I've posited above. Carlo Parcelli
