Dear Wayne,
In my experience, the Beinecke has been very responsive but once in a
while when I've addressed my correspondence to someone who happened to
be on leave, that request was left sitting for months! Best to phone,
talk to a staff person, and ask to whom to address your notice; fax
requests used to be treated like letter requests. There are forms to use
which you can request. It all gets put in a queue of requests and taken
care of when there's time. There used to be something like a $15
minimum, and they take Visa, so if you request enough, you'll soon be
there on your free airline miles! How far is it. . .?
Good luck!
Margaret Fisher
