I have heard that there are no such recordings, but that the US Army (or
whatever branch) transcribed a buch of speeches. I find it hard to
believe that there are none extant. But, as to the second, your local
bookstore. Caedmon is the label; they would be able to look it up &
order it if its not in stock.
