In _The Solitary Volcano_, Tytell describes how in anticipation of his
needing a defense attorney during the treason charges, Pound wrote Arthur
Moore at Shakespear & Parkyn.  Tytell says that Henry Hope Shakespear's old
firm had previously handled Pound's legal problems.  Other than the debacle
at Wabash and maybe some passport difficulties, both of which I thought were
handled without any professional legal aid, what previous documented legal
problems did Pound encounter?
