Good evening, one and all,

Sorry to suffuse the listservs with MOAR E-RATE, but here we go. If you aren't a PUBLIC LIBRARY, or if you are and don't care a whit about E-rate, I bestow you with the privilege of blissful ignorance regarding our arcane ways. May you never suffer acronyms such as BEN, SPIN or FRN.

For the rest: the Form 471 instruction sheet is ready for prime time, and the aforementioned equines that have been so fervently cuddled now may be released.

Here is the training page: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/form471.htm

And here is the form: http://www.maine.gov/msl/erate/training/form471.pdf

Do not wait until the last days prior to the March 26th deadline unless you are so mandated by the 28-day waiting period, as I will be unavailable to assist from March 23rd - 26th due to other, ILEAD-y obligations.

Please let me know if you have further questions or need assistance (read: cookies).
