I agree with you Deron.  There are a LOT more variables other than who the
goalie is.

James.. I am not saying that you are blaming Jimmy, I just ran the
stats, facts be damned.  If you feel I am attacking you personally,
then I apologize because that is not where I am trying to put the
discussion.

My opinion is that I don't feel the team plays differently in front of
Howard, but that our offensive is tremendously inconsistent and I think
that will continue to be the case this year no matter who is in net.
My opinion is also that Tim Whitehead coaches a "defensive first" style
and that is more the problem than who is in net.  Some of that is based
on personnel, some is coaching.

On a personal note, I would encourage those with different views to
post them to the list for discussion.  Tallies of private e-mails
aren't very convincing or useful.
