> I was happy to see my qoute becoming a reality "see terriers and their fans running for the exits" right up until BU scored 3 goals......not exactly whay I call staying on top of the game with a big lead. It's really late in the season to let things like this happen as we now enter the side where discipline and solid no-mistake hockey is what wins the all important games.

Mike or Matt tonight? BU has a history of not being embarrassed two games in a row.

> Just a quick recap of what I saw tonight at the game. First period was good offense but the defense was not there after a goal was scored. On the next play after the first two goals Maine defense appeared to be still sitting on the bench. They managed to pull it together after the third goal and in the second period Maine came out like a house-a-fire! They made BU look like they had never played the game before and they put two goalies to shame. With a large margin separating them from BU at the beginning of the third period, Maine sat back on their heels and hoped that they could ride out the lead. Of course BU came out prepared to regain some respect and while I don't think Morrison was at his best, he didn't have a lot of defense helping out. There was a lot of scrambling in front of the net....Maine - who had total control over the puck through most of the first and second periods was unable to control the puck through most of the third. When the score reached 8-6 with (I believe) 6-8 minutes left, Maine realized they could not continue to sit back....they stepped the play back up and regained total control of the game.

> First, let me say that I hope the ref that went out with an injury is ok - as anyone who was at the game or listened to it could see/hear, he took what appeared to be a nasty skate blade to his stomach area after a GREAT hip check by Prestin Ryan flipped a BU player head over heals into said ref. Gravalese was inconsistent in his calls. At one point I saw a BU player put a Maine player in a head-lock while the ref just looked on. I tend not to like excessive penalties but this seemed a bit much even for me!

> BU is going to come out with fire in their eyes tomorrow. They probably got a lashing from Coach Parker tonight and Maine has to be prepared for that. They need to play 60 minutes of great hockey. If they do, they can sweep BU!
