When is No. 24 going to smarten up and learn to control his temper?

He was the target of a vicious cross-check around the neck/head area, which knocked off his helmet, and he was understandably pissed off. But his reaction was obviously out of control--swinging his stick at the BC bench and then trying to punch the BC backup goalie as he skated by.

If he had connected when swinging his stick, he could have inflicted serious injury on one or more players who were on the bench when his incident took place.

Unfortunately, Ryan has a history of losing control of his emotions. Some day, if he (or Coach Whitehead) doesn't get things under control, he's going to do something that he--and we--will regret.
