Summary: 
	Bangor Hydro is doing some substation work that will require them to cut power to many buildings on the Orono campus of the University of Maine, including the building housing the datacenter.  We have backup power solutions in place and do not anticipate any outage as a result of this work.  In the event the backup power systems were to fail, however, this outage would impact a multitude of core network services including mail, DNS, DHCP, Mainestreet, and many others.  Most locations should fail over to redundant paths for Internet access, though sites connected only through Orono, and services provided only through Orono such as mail and Mainestreet, would experience a complete outage.  Again, this outage is not anticipated to happen, but we want to raise awareness of the possibility just in case.
