We will start around 6:30 and should be done before 8AM.  We are adding
a second processor to this machine.

This machine hosts a number of services that will not be available
during this time including:  NM, MSLN Mail Account Manager, IP Self
Registration, IP Roaming, ARP Hunter and RPMFind.
