Marie-Noelle:
Curious to note that you are in "Loomis country," which I take to be the
magical and mysterious upstate and somewhat western New York, where the
Loomis family held sway. I was born In Rochester but moved to Boston in 1927
with parents. I think that predestined me to miss a lot of boats in life.
Later I lived for some years somewhat south of Loomis country, in Callicoon
on the Delaware, an area I still visit and love. I am in Texas now. Tom
