I would love to see some speakers added to the building. I sit along
the glass under the balcony and we have never been able to hear the
announcer. I like the noise level increase over the last few years with
the students and band being in the balcony. However we rely on word of
mouth to hear the announcement of penalties and other comments that are
being broadcast over the loud speaker. I think one common problem in
setting up sound is during the installation the building is empty. In
the empty building talking normally can be heard across a building
without a sound system. Fill that same building with people and the
sound is deadened considerably. Fill the same building with screaming
fans and the sound system falls way too short of adaquate. I am not a
sound system expert just a fan who can't hear the announcer. My
suggestion is to add speakers under the balcony and under the luxury
boxes. That suggestion may not work, like I said I am not an expert. I
am sure there are some fans that out there that are sound experts and I
would love to hear their comments and suggestions.
