Thanks for asking about that, Andrea-I was interested in the same. I'm not familiar with this source (NonDoc Media) but FWIW this article<https://nondoc.com/2020/01/17/oklahoma-prison-telemarketing-contracts/> makes mentions of OCI paying inmates $1.45/hr for telemarketing in 2020.

Much has been written about forced labor in US prisons, although I'm having difficulty finding information as it pertains directly to Oklahoma Correctional Industries.
