Due to an upgraded version of Grouper adding many very large groups to our
LDAP directory, the lock and region settings on the database backing the
slave LDAP directories was  exceeded.   They kept running, but would no
longer accept updates.

We were forced to take each of them down for about a minute each to change
the database settings.  All are back to normal and all LDAP slaves are up
to date.
