0 The UMaine hockey team has received the top seeding in the East
Regional of the NCAA Tournament, which will be played March 25-26 in
Albany, N.Y. The Hockey East champion Black Bears earned a first-found
bye and will play on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. against the winner of
Saturday's game between Colgate and Michigan. The game will be
broadcast on WABI-TV (Channel 5) in Bangor, WPME-TV (Channel 35) in
Portland and WAGM-TV (Channel 8) in Presque Isle, as well as WZON radio
(AM 620). Today's Bangor Daily News (p. 1 and p. C1) includes
extensive coverage of last weekend's Hockey East Tournament in Boston.

0 Tickets to the NCAA East Regional will go on sale to season ticket
holders and Black Bear Club donors Tuesday morning beginning at 8:30
a.m. Remaining tickets from the UMaine allotment will be available
