If UMaine wins Friday night (shouldn't I say when Umaine wins Friday night?)
The Friends of Maine Hockey will once again sponsor a pre-game rally for all
interested Maine Hockey fans Saturday, before the Hockey East Championship
Game. Here are the particulars:
 
LOCATION: SAME AS FRIDAY NIGHT!
 
The Commonwealth Fish & Beer Company, 138 Portland Street. (The Harp is the
place where we have held the rally in past years but with it being St.
Patrick's Day and they being an Irish bar there was no way they were going
to hold our rally. The Harp is on the corner of Causeway and Portland
Streets. The Commonwealth Fish & Beer Company is just around the corner and
up the street a bit). It will be in their bar on the lower level.
 
DATE: Saturday, March 18, 2000
 
TIME: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
 
The UMaine Pep Band will be there and we will invite Coach Walsh to drop by
to speak to us. There will be light munchies provided. At about 7:00pm the
Pep Band will lead us across the street to the Fleet Center.
 
This is only if Maine is in the Saturday night Hockey East Tourmament's
Championship Game.
