Help, please. In connection with a piece I'm writing about Pound in St.
Elizabeths, I need citations for these two biographical items.
 
1. Pound refused to contribute to _St. Elizabeths Sunshine_, a therapeutic
newsletter written by the patients. Which biography mentions that?
 
2. Somewhere (not in _The Pound Era_), Hugh Kenner has written an anecdote
about Zukofsky traveling down to Washington to visit Pound and carrying a
lunch to eat on the train. Source?
