The best work yet on Pound and translation is Steve Yao's *Translation
and the Languages of Modernism* (Palgrave 2002); you'll find a couple
chapters there that deal explicitly with Pound.

I'm thinking about doing a paper on Pound's Seafarer translation for one
of
my graduate courses at Temple. Where can I read more about Pound's
thoughts
on Anglo Saxon literature and the act of translation in general? Also,
do
lines from the Seafarer appear anywhere in the Cantos?
