Dear Poundians,

Can anyone share with me the table of contents to the 1913-1914 anthology Des Imagistes (especially Pound's contributions). Does anyone know if the selections are available anywhere online?

Do you think Laurence Rainey was fair to Pound in his Institutions of Modernism? Was the space that Pound was searching for dependant upon economies of scarcity? Does this conflict with the economic principles of the Cantos?
