i'll go on the assumption that you have seen it (it being american odyssey):
the entire last part with the movie of ep walking around, while his voice
plays over. the thoughts of his death and the sadness of his life (esp
toward the end-- the old man in this part). it was difficult:
                                                    here was this man who
was filled with such comapssion, etc. and made the wrong choices, etc. i
just couldn't take my mind from it. regardless of barthes, i can not
seperate ep from his work. it isnt' possible.
