The suggestion, coming from Walter de Rachewiltz, that it might focus on
Pound and Nature, received some discussion. I think it was Walter Baumann
who came up with a title I like, "Pound and the Green World." Bill Pratt
was entrusted with the task of working with Massimo on the conference --
they worked well together last time in Rapallo, 1993, I believe. Athens
expressed an interest and they were encouraged by an acclamation vote to
present particulars in Rapallo for a 1997 conference.

Cheers,

Grace, I forgot to thank you for this. Was there any suggested focus
or topic for 2005? Sylvester
