Eliot's question appears in the last sentence of his article "Isolated
Superiority," a review in Criterion on the 1926 _Personae_.  My photocopy
identifies it as Gallup C243, but my copy of Gallup has mysteriously
disappeared so I can't supply the rest of the citation.  But this should
get you close.
