Thanks for the heads-up on St. Liz. I was in DC last week and headed out
there, as I'd never visited the property. FYI the security is tight. The
guards at the front gate had to be cajoled to let our car through and
cautioned us, NO PHOTOS. We drove around the grounds, even to the newer
mental hospital in the back, whereupon I noticed that there's no security at
the Alabama Street gate, where we exited. There are a bunch of construction
trailers in that area and, if you turn left you have pretty much free access
to the entire property without subjecting yourself to the bullies. I didn't
even get out of the car and would have wanted to know which building Ez was
in. Many of the outbuildings are abandoned, with "Danger" signs on the
doors. I was told that John Hinckley, Reagan's attacker, is incarcerated in
the more modern facility.

It's my understanding that the project is a done deal, but I would be
willing to join a peitition if anyone has insight into how to block it.
"Homeland Security" is such a Nazi-sounding department, In my opinion they
should just put those people back in the FBI and CIA and be done with it.
