In How to Read, Pound mentions a 12-volume anthology of the poetry, in
which each poem would contain an invention, "a definite contribution to the
art of verbal expression."  He writes that his outline for the project
contained over 300 items, and that he had shown it to a respected agent.
Has this outline survived?
